There was confusion about how to have bloodwork done at Labcorp and then about an appropriate medical code, but he quickly got back to me each time I needed help & had to call him. Ultimately I was able to get additional help from a group to which he referred me, but only because he helped make this happen. I cannot thank him enough!!!"
