What is your new patient procedure?

At Georgia Medical Clinic , our goal is for you

to experience personalized medicine that addresses the root cause of your health concerns and moves you to optimal living. 

Steps involved in New Patient process:

1. Please fill out all forms accordingly. So we can better understand your health history. Our friendly staff will help you all questions regarding filling out the forms.

2. You will be scheduled for a visit with the Clinician.

3. All appropriate labs and x-ray will be obtained and discussed with you to make an informed decision.

4. Lab results take up to 1 week and at that time the Clinician will review and will discuss with you questions you have about the results over the phone or in person.

5. We will collaboratively make decision regarding treatment plan.

Are your services covered by my insurance?

Most of our services are covered by insurance. Please check with the staff re: your specific insurance. We will gladly call your insurance to get you a answer.

If you do not have insurance or wish to pay without insurance, our staff will provide you with the upfront cost for the service you require. 

Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

We will provide same day appointments whenever available.
